For fifteen years I've led product in the situations that don't have clean answers. The team that's busy but not shipping. The leadership gap that needs filling before the quarter is gone. The AI question the board keeps asking. I work out of Sydney with organisations here and overseas, in whatever shape the engagement needs to take.

    Most organisations try to wait for the right permanent hire. Sometimes the gap between now and then is too expensive to leave unfilled.

  • JD Codec

    Co-founded this. We built something that makes AI browser agents faster and cheaper to run by filtering out what doesn't matter. It's live and people use it.

  • Zouba

    Helped a Dubai-based delivery startup get from idea to launch. Worked across product strategy, technical architecture, and go-to-market. Fractional from the start.

  • Woolworths Group

    Worked with their digital fulfilment team for a couple of years. The platform was being treated as a cost problem. Left it being talked about as strategy.

  • IAG

    Inside IAG while they were working out how to ship product faster. Annual releases were the norm. They got to weekly. Insurance at enterprise scale is its own kind of complicated.

How engagements work

Shape and length, in plain terms

I don't publish day rates because the right shape varies more than the price does. Engagements run from one-off strategic input through to a locked-in three-month-plus retainer. Some are fractional, a few days a month working alongside your team. Others have been short stints full-time when the situation called for it.
